Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential case information.
• Assist in the evaluation of potential cases and determine their viability.
• Coordinate with legal staff to ensure seamless case transitions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a client-facing role or sales preferred.
• Familiarity with personal injury cases is a plus.
• Prior law firm experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish speaking is a plus
